Our designs are Direct-To-Film transfers, which are printed in-house. These can feel slightly stiff before they are washed, but tend to become more flexible over time. (For DTF Transfer purchases, please e-mail us.)

All items are made to order, so please allow 3-6 business days for production before your item ships. Good things take time (and printing tees isn’t instant, babe).

Once your order leaves our hands, it's officially out of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or address mistakes.
So please—double-check that shipping address before you check out. We want your cute stuff to actually make it to you.
Every shirt is made to order—aka, we don’t keep stacks of tees lying around waiting to be swapped. So nope, no returns.
Holiday or special event items? Those are final sale. We’re not taking back your “Spooky Babe” tee on November 1st, sorry.
If we mess up (it happens—we're human), we’ll fix it. If you mess up (like ordering the wrong size), we can do an exchange—but you’ll need to cover shipping both ways.
